Summary
The Digital Systems Analyst (DSA) serves as WestStar’s digital change agent, driving the continuous evolution of digital products, services, systems and processes that enhance experiences for both team members and clients. The DSA proactively identifies opportunities to improve how work is performed across the organization and how clients interact with the Bank through digital channels by leveraging technology, automation, analytics and innovative solutions to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction.
Essential Functions

Identifies, evaluates, and drives opportunities to improve team member and client experiences through digital technology, automation, and process and product enhancements.

Serves as business owner and subject matter expert for assigned digital products, platforms, and services, ensuring solutions align with user needs, organizational objectives, and strategic priorities.

Collaborates with stakeholders across business lines, technology teams, and third-party vendors to manage digital products throughout their lifecycle, including implementation, enhancements, upgrades, adoption, and ongoing support to ensure platforms remain current, reliable and secure.

Coordinates the introduction and implementation of new digital products and services, including requirements gathering, implementation planning, testing, communication, training, change management and post-launch support to ensure successful adoption and business outcomes.

Monitors digital product performance, service utilization, user adoption, and key performance indicators through reporting and analytics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Provides cross-functional support for all digital products and services. Partners with vendors, business stakeholders, and clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; manage escalation; facilitate internal and external communication; and coordinate system fixes and enhancements to ensure effective service delivery.

Collaborates with Digital, BTS and business stakeholders to support WestStar’s omni-channel strategy and deliver consistent, client-centric experiences across all service channels .

Researches emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital capabilities to identify opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, client engagement and organizational growth.

Participates in strategic initiatives that advance the Bank’s digital transformation objectives and strengthen the delivery of innovative products and services.

Required Education, Experience, Skills

Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to work quickly and efficiently while still maintaining high-quality results.

Prior experience in a financial institution working in a variety of roles. Strong understanding of banking operations, products and services preferred.

Ability to quickly acquire and apply technical, operational and industry knowledge to support digital products, services and organizational initiatives.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business requests, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.

Strong written skills required. Ability to write reports, business correspondence or procedure manuals.

Strong communication skills required. Ability to communicate effectively, present information and respond to questions from all stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize among multiple work streams.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
