- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment, including ohmmeters for electrical testing.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems early and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each vehicle serviced.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance schedules to foster trust and satisfaction.
