This is a great opportunity to get elite training in a world-class method. The Sound Formation® Method is studied by professional musicians and students alike. Lead after-school piano teachers gain valuable skills training with CEO Curtis Madigan and in the classroom. Teachers take on 4-5 days/week M-F with most times between 2-5pm. Locations are throughout Denver and we most likely can schedule work near you.
Starting pay is $50-$75/class (1-1.5hrs respectively) as a flat rate plus mileage and higher rates up to $105/class will be considered for candidates with more experience. There's also the potential to make additional income while working with Sound Formation.
Qualifications of the Lead Piano Teacher:
Teaching staff are passionate music educators that are interested in teaching an innovative and modern methodology. Teachers have excellent communication skills, ability to lead a mixed age music class (usually K-5th grades), and a background in piano music performance and education.
Move equipment in and out of schools and keep gear with them when not teaching. For this reason, having a car is required. Standard mileage is reimbursed.
