Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a customer-focused Parts Specialist to support our customers, service teams, and internal partners by providing accurate parts identification, pricing, availability, and delivery information. In this role, you will work at the intersection of customer service, manufacturing, and technical support - partnering with Service, Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to deliver solutions and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Position Summary and Purpose: Contribute to the overall effectiveness of Parts Department with support of our products in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL:
- Provide parts pricing and delivery to customers and service representatives as requested
- Maintain accurate customer information in database
- Communicate with purchasing, engineering and manufacturing to obtain timely information regarding availability
- Support efforts to collect competitive and VOC (Voice of the Customer) data
- Assist other departments as needed to maximize customer satisfaction
- Commitment to company values of continuous improvement
Education and Experience:
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma/GED
- Two or more years related experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc.
REQUIRED:
- Ability to successfully handle customer issues promptly and in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers and field service
- Able to handle high volume of inquiries, with motivation to solve customer concerns and issues
- Exceptional customer service skills
