We're looking for nurses with experience in the following areas:
- Clinical Knowledge & Assessment – Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and monitoring health conditions.
- Wound Care & Infection Control – Ability to manage wounds and prevent infections in residents.
- Medication Administration – Accurate dispensing and documentation of prescribed medications.
- Strong Communication – Clear, professional interaction with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Time Management & Organization – Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion & Patience – Providing kind, respectful care to elderly and vulnerable residents.
- Teamwork & Leadership – Collaborating with CNAs, doctors, and other nurses to ensure quality care.
- Crisis Management & Problem-Solving – Quick decision-making in medical emergencies or unexpected situations.
