As a BellStores Assistant Manager, you will assist the store manager in all store operations and activities and provide leadership and guidance to the store team in fair and respectful manner. You are responsible for exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Major Job Activities
- Continue to follow the duties and responsibilities of the CSR and shift leader positions.
- Facilitate communication between management and team members.
- Assist manager in daily store operational procedures.
- Assist manager by coordinating the work of others and covering shifts.
- Assist manager in building cohesive and effective work teams.
- Assist manager in the enforcement of BellStores standards of performance, policies, and procedures.
- Assist manager in training and developing employees

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience as a BellStores Shift Leader preferred.
- Successful performance trends with no significant disciplinary incidents in the prior 12 months.
- Consistently be in compliance with the BellStores Drug and Alcohol Policy.
- Polite and professional behavior with team, customers, and vendors.
- Honest and dependable.
- Reliable transportation and phone communication.
- Willing to work variable hours.
Physical Tasks
- Required Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Lifting up to 40 lbs
- Reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout each shift
- Indoor and outdoor work
- Must be able to hear, see, and speak.
