Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Janitorial Supervisor:
- Supervise and direct staff activities to include coaching, training, motivating and monitoring employees
- Manage work order database
- Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
- Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
- Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
- Assist in creating estimates and workload for bids and new services
- Review employee performance
- Execute constructive discipline process
- Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
- Report payroll
- Supervisors maintain all compliance and safety regulations
- Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders
Knowledge and Skill Requirements for the Janitorial Supervisor:
- Minimum of (3) years managing janitorial operation
- Flexibility with hours and schedule
- Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Compensation for Janitorial Supervisors: Harvard is offering a competitive salary structure ranging from $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan. An Equal Opportunity Employer - M/F/D/V
