Requirements:

Greet customers and provide clear, friendly communication

Review vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services

Prepare repair orders and explain services in a way customers can understand

Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates

Upsell services ethically based on customer needs

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Handle phone calls, appointments, and follow-ups

Keep the service area organized and professional

Experience in automotive service advising preferred

Strong communication & customer service skills
