Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional sales experience
- Assist customers in finding the right products and solutions for their needs
- Sell paint, stain, and supplies
- Mix paint and match colors
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Effective time management skills to balance customer interactions and administrative tasks
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience
