A professional legal services office in Long Beach, CA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity. The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, callers, and internal team members. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent writing ability, and the confidence to manage a high-volume, client-facing front desk with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, route, and prioritize high-volume incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Recent receptionist/front desk experience clearly reflected on resume
- Greet, screen, and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Enter client information accurately into internal systems and maintain organized records.
- Draft and respond to professional emails using proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and tone.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and Zoom appointments.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and support general front desk administrative needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $24 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annual equivalent range: $50,000 to $52,000 per year.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Location: Long Beach, CA.
