Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who wants to be part of a big extended family to join our team. As a Food Prep Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing ingredients, assembling pizzas, and assisting with various food preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
MUST BE 20+A DAY YEARS OLD TO SERVE ALCOHOL
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and guidelines
- Assist in the assembly and preparation of pizzas, salads, and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food prep area
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Answer phones and take customer orders
Requirements:
MUST BE 20+A DAY YEARS OLD TO SERVE ALCOHOL
If under 20 and a day, you may still apply; you will just be unable to serve alcohol.
● Previous experience in a food prep or kitchen role preferred
● Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and safety standards
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (we are closed Thanksgiving Day and, Christmas Day) as needed
