We're a locally owned Specialized Recruiting Group office and a top 3 office nationally. We're adding a Technical Recruiter to our team. You'll be on the front lines: developing client relationships, sourcing and interviewing engineering talent, and closing.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You'll own two sides of the desk — business development and recruiting. That means prospecting and building relationships with engineering firms and hiring managers, while simultaneously building a bench of strong engineering candidates you can move quickly. The best days are when both sides come together and you make a placement. The comp reflects that.
This is a relationship-driven role, and you'll have conversations with Engineers, Project Managers, MEP professionals, and the companies that want to hire them. Enjoying speaking to people is a core value for us.

THE RIGHT FIT LOOKS SOMETHING LIKE THIS
· Background in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or a related technical field.
· 0-4 years in recruiting, technical sales, or business development — or a strong case for why your background translates.
· Competitive athletic or professional history.
· Located within commutable distance of Edina
