Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Provide up do's for special occasions or events.
- Mentor and train junior stylists, sharing techniques and best practices.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Promote retail products to clients, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques, straight razor skills.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products.
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced stylists effectively.
- Skilled in using straight razors for precise haircuts is desirable.
