Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Waiver Coordinator/Site Supervisor to ensure the deliverance of exceptional services under Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers. In this pivotal role, you will oversee program operations, supervise staff, manage relationships with clients and families, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Supervise waiver program staff, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards
- Manage relationships with clients and families, community partners, and funding agencies to foster trust and collaboration
- Ensure staff compliance with documentation, activities, and care for the individuals served.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in a social services or healthcare setting
- Proven management experience in supervising staff
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging clients, families, community partners, and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily operations and reporting purposes
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
