GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Fluid Handling Manufacturer in their search for a Product Manager to help them grow a new product line.
Requirements:
- Background in industrial fluid handling - experience with pumps, valves, filters, or related product categories preferred
- Proven experience in product management, product line leadership, or a senior industrial sales role
- Ability to take ownership of an established product line and drive its commercial growth at a national level
- Strong communication and cross-functional skills to coordinate between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to travel nationally on an as-needed basis (approximately 10-15% overnight travel)
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate with a degree of autonomy while leveraging available resources
