Job Summary
This position will serve to support the students, activities, and programs related to service learning, community engagement, community-engaged research, internal and external partnerships and community-building for the College of Medicine and among the interprofessional programs of Drexel University.
Essential Functions
Coordinate students engaged in service learning and community outreach activities
Coordinate community organizations involvement, collaboration
Manage (including engagement and communication with) internal and external partners
Maintain on-site presence and assistance in the office and at community events
Order, organize, inventory equipment and supplies for community events
Responds effectively to changing priorities, organizational needs, and evolving community partnerships
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. (Please review the Equivalency Chart for additional information.)
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Strong attention to detail skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, Canvas or other learning management systems, database systems, and project management software
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 4 years of experience
Knowledge of community health and population health principles
Experience working with diverse and underserved populations

Additional Information
This position is classified as Exempt, grade I. Compensation for this grade ranges from $45,330 - $68,000 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position will vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
