Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for members, families, visitors, and community partners, creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment at the Club. This position manages daily front desk operations, oversees membership enrollment and data accuracy, supports administrative functions, and provides exceptional customer service to youth and families.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, this position actively supervises youth, supports Club operations, and assists in implementing quality programs that promote Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles. The Youth Development Coordinator helps foster a physically and emotionally safe, trauma-informed environment where every young person feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
This part-time opportunity at requires availability Monday–Friday from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Candidates must have reliable transportation, demonstrate dependability and integrity, and be passionate about working with youth in a supportive and inclusive setting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary receptionist by greeting members, families, volunteers, visitors, and community partners in a professional and welcoming manner.

Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and relay messages promptly.

Manage daily member check-in/check-out procedures and maintain accurate attendance records.

Oversee the Membership Management System, including member enrollment, account updates, data entry, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy.

Assist families with general account questions.

Contact parents/guardians regarding outstanding account balances and payment reminders.

Maintain electronic and paper filing systems while ensuring confidentiality of member information.

Assist with preparing reports, forms, and other administrative documents as requested.

Support communication between families and Club staff by providing accurate information regarding programs, schedules, and events.
Youth Development & Club Operations

Supervise members in accordance with Boys & Girls Club policies and required staff-to-youth ratios.

Build positive, supportive relationships with youth while serving as a positive role model.

Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging activities that support youth development outcomes.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Club environment.

Monitor common areas to ensure equipment is used appropriately and Club expectations are followed.

Provide additional program support when needed to ensure quality operations throughout the Club.

Administer basic first aid and respond appropriately to emergencies following Club procedures.

Complete assigned cleaning duties and assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the facility.

Perform other duties as assigned to support Club operations.

External: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, school personnel, community partners, vendors, and visitors. Serve as a professional ambassador for Boys & Girls Club of Benton County.
Skills/Knowledge Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum age of 18 years.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
