- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in plastics technology, manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a food, pharmaceutical, plastics, or manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in plastics manufacturing with strong knowledge of injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming, or similar manufacturing processes.

Proficient in the use of precision measurement and testing equipment, including calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, and related quality instruments.

Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Familiarity with quality management systems, ISO and/or SQF standards, and quality regulations related to plastics manufacturing.
