Job description: General Laborer
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record to operate company vehicle.
General Responsibilities:
1. Personally participate in all ground’s activities.
2. This is a resort and attention to detail is critical
3. Be able to work with others
4. Clean up, trim trees, clear brush using gas powered tools, and chipper.
5. Digging trenches
6. Cleaning of restrooms
7. Pool cleaning and maintenance
8. Painting
9. Other general labor tasks as needed
Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:
1. Requires prolonged standing.
2. Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds.
3. Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching.
4. Requires climbing and balancing.
5. Must work outdoors year-round , and understand the extreme weather conditions for this area
6. Must work in and around dust, fumes, and odors.
7. Must be able to drive a mechanical vehicle.
8. Must be able to work in high places.
Minimum 90 day probation period
Must be willing to work different shifts.
