Our bartenders start at $8/hr + tips, and usually take home $25-$35/hr.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Craft Bartender for our elevated beverage service. In this role, you will craft innovative cocktails and serve high-quality drinks in a lively, casual upscale environment. Your enthusiasm for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Use Toast POS system.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently through excellent time management skills during busy hours.
- Upsell menu items effectively to increase sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and tracking beverage levels regularly.
- Collaborate with team members and owners to ensure smooth operations during events such as banquets or nightclub nights.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CRAFT bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods using retail math skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
- Knowledge of catering services is a plus.
