Restoration Project Manager
The Restoration Project Manager will oversee the full restoration process, from claim approval through to project completion, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and efficient collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has a background in construction or restoration, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction and project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of the restoration process, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, setting expectations, and providing regular updates.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, technicians, and in-house staff, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and assessments, manage quality control procedures, and ensure all projects meet company and industry standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, progress reports, permits, and compliance documents.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and ensure all project activities comply with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly to minimize disruption and ensure project continuity.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in restoration, construction, or a related field, with proven project management experience.
- Certifications: IICRC certification(s) in water, fire, and/or mold restoration preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with restoration software (e.g., Xactimate, Symbility, TPA Programs), estimating, and insurance claims processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client service.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Familiarity with local permitting and inspection requirements.
