Pay Range: $54,000 - $76,000
Job Summary: Tempur Sealy International is seeking a highly organized, copy ‑ first creative to support our fast ‑ moving Alternative Channel Creative Team in Lexington, KY. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing and takes pride in keeping workstreams clear, organized, and moving forward.
As a Content Coordinator you will write and edit marketing copy while supporting the operational side of creative execution. You will help manage channel creative l aunch trackers, maintain organized digital systems, and assist with coordinating day ‑ to ‑ day projects across the team. Reporting directly to the Creative Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in helping the team stay aligned, organized, and on track.
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) :
Write and edit copy for a variety of marketing needs, including digital assets, e ‑ commerce content, internal materials, and supporting creative documents
Help m anage and maintain creative launch trackers for the channel, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables are clearly documented and up to date
Maintain and organize Dropbox, servers, and other digital storage systems, ensuring files are clearly labeled, versioned, and easy to locate
What You’ll Need (Qualifications) :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English , , or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience and portfolio
