Our COOK station is open to customer view and in a compact "L" shape to enhance productivity in this fast paced enviornment. Menu is standard American breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks - also a bit limited for ease of production. Main items being breakfast, omelets, fresh battered fish & chips, coney hot dogs, burgers and sandwiches.
Cooking here is mainly short order with some food prep. Duties include:
- Stock cook station
- Prep a variety of items
- Read paper chit orders
- Cook to order as tickets come in
- Use flat top grill, stove/oven, deep fryers and sandwich board.
- Keep station, equipment and area clean
- Communicate and cooperate with other cook and staff
- Other misc duties include prep, cleaning, stock and helping others.
