Salary varies $24-$26 per hour based on experience and education credentials. Qualified Teaching Staff are eligible for up to $2,600 Bonus after 6 months.
We are seeking a Classroom Supervisor who will maintain an active presence across all classrooms conducting regular classroom walkthroughs to support teaching staff, enforce safety protocols, and ensure a high-quality, fully compliant learning environment.

Responsibilities
· Ensure proper teacher/staff to student ratios.
· Enforce all center policies, protocols, NAEYC Standards and state regulations to ensure a fully compliant learning environment.
· Step in to provide immediate, in-classroom support to teachers as needed to handle challenging behaviors, maintain flow, and relieve overwhelmed staff.
· Coordinate staff lunch break schedule, designate coverage to ensure classroom ratio compliance and child safety.
· Oversee and verify that all teachers complete required daily cleaning duties to meet health, safety, and center presentation standards. Including classrooms, bathrooms, playgrounds and storage areas.
Qualifications
· Applicant must hold a Connecticut Head Teacher Certificate or will complete 12+ credits in Early Childhood Education within 1 year.
· At least 3 years of experience working with children at a licensed childcare center.
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education preferred.
· Ability to work effectively with diverse staff and parents.
· Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed.
· CPR / First Aid certified.
· Experience working with or familiarity with NAEYC accreditation standards and practices.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
