Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly. Whether you are preparing bowls, prepping fresh ingredient's, putting together our home made sauces, or any of the cleaning duties that need to be completed on shift, this job will prepare you for your future and you will have the chance to go as far as your skills, responsibility and dedication take you, all while having fun. We are new owners and we are only looking for people with good vibes, work ethic and people skills.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of food line.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
- Skills in food service, or catering are a plus, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of dietary aide practices is beneficial for accommodating various dietary restrictions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for helping others and providing outstanding service in a restaurant.
