Oak Bridge Counseling is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing private practice. We handle billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks so you can spend more time doing what you do best—helping clients.
About Us:
Oak Bridge Counseling is a growing outpatient counseling practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout East Texas. We believe therapists thrive when they are supported, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional care rather than managing the business side of private practice.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Texas to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a professional who is passionate about mental health care, enjoys the flexibility of having their own schedule, and is committed to making a meaningful impact within their niche or specialty area.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas LPC license
- One year of post-licensure experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling
- Provide Christian counseling as requested by clients
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide client-centered, evidence-based care
- Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of diagnoses and treatment progress
Compensation
This position offers a 65/35 revenue split, with Oak Bridge Counseling covering many of the costs associated with operating a private practice, including:
- Insurance credentialing
- Billing and claims management
- Administrative support
- Office space and costs associated
- Marketing
- EHR system
This structure gives clinicians the flexibility and earning potential of private practice while eliminating many of the administrative responsibilities and overhead costs associated with operating a practice independently.
If you're looking for a supportive private practice where you can grow your caseload, develop your specialty, and focus primarily on providing quality care to your clients, we would love to hear from you.
