Morris Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our growing outpatient private practice on a part-time basis. We provide evidence-based speech therapy services to both pediatric and adult patients with a wide variety of communication, cognitive, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive speech-language, cognitive-communication, voice, feeding, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Provide speech therapy services for pediatric and adult patients with communication disorders, including speech, language, articulation, phonological, fluency, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Treat patients with diagnoses such as aphasia, dysarthria, cognitive impairment, Parkinson's disease, and other neurological conditions when appropriate.
- Provide feeding and dysphagia therapy as indicated.
- Participate in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) evaluations and treatment when appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation including evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries using our electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families by providing home exercise programs, communication strategies, and caregiver training.
Qualifications Required
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage documentation efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care.
Preferred
- Experience in an outpatient clinic, private practice, rehabilitation, school, hospital, or community-based setting.
- Experience treating pediatric and/or adult populations.
- Experience with feeding therapy, dysphagia, cognitive rehabilitation, or AAC is a plus.
- Training or experience in LSVT LOUD®, SPEAK OUT!®, or other specialty programs is welcomed but not required.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team.
