We do not hire salesmen — we hire HVAC technicians. Our technicians focus on service, repair, maintenance, and installation only.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians with at least 3 years of field experience.
Technicians will independently perform:
- Service and repair
- Preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics
- HVAC & refrigeration installations
Technicians are expected to manage daily schedules, review work orders, communicate professionally with customers and staff, and complete all required documentation using company-provided technology.
Most days begin directly from home using a company service vehicle to travel to customer locations.
On-Call Schedule
- On-call rotation is one full week at a time (Monday–Sunday)
- Additional call premium/bonus provided
- Holiday rotation shared among technicians
- Full yearly on-call schedule posted each December
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years HVAC Service Technician experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic service tools required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to continue learning and developing skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
