Field Organizer — Tim Hayes for State Representative (PA-143)

Tim Hayes for State Representative seeks organized, hardworking Field Organizers. The Field Organizer will work with the Field Director to implement the campaign’s direct voter contact plan throughout Pennsylvania’s 143rd House District.
HD-143 is located entirely within Bucks County in the Philadelphia suburbs. One of the largest house districts by area in southeast Pennsylvania, it features a mix of suburban and rural characteristics. Tim—a veteran, environmental policy expert, and local elected official—is Democrat running to flip this seat blue.
The field program will play a critical role in the campaign strategy, and the field organizers will play an important part in implementing it.
Responsibilities include:
- Door-to-door canvassing.
- Other direct voter contact, including phone banking and texting.
- Recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers.
- Implementing get-out-the-vote strategy in assigned region.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local committees.
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to electing Democrats up and down the ballot.
- Volunteer or paid campaign field experience a plus.
- Local ties preferred, but not required.
A driver’s license, reliable access to a car, and a smartphone are all required to fulfill this role.
