PartsEdge, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper Contractor to support our day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This is an in-office position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and helping keep business operations running smoothly.
Schedule
- Part-time contractor position
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Typically 2–3 days per week
- Flexible scheduling available within normal business hours
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain and manage QuickBooks Online records
- Process bill payments and customer invoicing
- Perform account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Assist with payroll processing and 401(k) contributions
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or related experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Paycom preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable with strong communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Compensation
$35-$40/hour based on experience and qualifications
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
