About Us
Acuity Home Health is a growing Medicare-certified home health agency dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing and therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual to help us build relationships within the healthcare community and grow our referral network.
Position Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in healthcare sales, business development, or marketing. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, communicating professionally, and building long-term relationships.
No prior home health experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Visit physicians' offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, social workers, and office staff.
- Introduce referral sources to Acuity Home Health and educate them on our services.
- Make outbound phone calls and send follow-up emails to prospective referral partners.
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Represent Acuity Home Health in a professional and positive manner.
- Track marketing activities and provide updates to management.
- Assist with community outreach events and networking opportunities as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Sales, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as this position requires local travel.
- College students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
