Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Asset Manager to lead the strategic management and optimization of our property management portfolio. In this role, you will oversee Property Performance, Monitor Vacancies, Collections and Rent Readys. Your expertise in financial analysis, transaction structuring, and industry regulations will drive informed decision-making and ensure our properties align with organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence portfolio growth through innovative asset management practices and rigorous financial evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the performance of our properties, ensuring they meet financial targets and operational standards.
- Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate property valuations, cash flows, and investment returns.
- Lead transaction structuring efforts, including acquisitions, lease negotiations, and refinancing activities.
- Work with supervisor to make sure goals are being reached.
- Perform industry research to stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape insights relevant to property management markets.
Skills
- At least 5-6 years of Property Management experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Demonstrated ability in financial analysis and portfolio management within the property management sector.
- Excellent writing skills for preparing clear reports, research summaries, and strategic documents.
