Florida Atlantic Coast Treatment Solutions (FACTS), a behavioral healthcare inpatient and residential program for adults, is hiring Certified Medical Assistants to join our growing team!
We have both full-time and part-time positions available seven days per week for day shift, evening shift and overnight shift.
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will provide behavioral support and related needs for our inpatient detox and residential services. We serve adults with substance use needs.
Skills
- Supporting medication administration for detox clients
- Taking the blood pressure
- Measuring temperature
- Determining heart rate
- Performing basic laboratory tests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their family members
- Strong knowledge of substance use related disorders
- Experience working with adults with dual-diagnosis needs
- Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, and be able to pass a driving test if needed
Duties:
- Be a part of the FACTS Treatment Team which includes therapists, medical providers, case managers
- Work directly with clients and help with their daily needs while they are in residential treatment
- Maintain daily charts and records according to company standards
- Complete all job duties in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards. Report any issues concerns to supervisor whenever appropriate.

Pay: $18.48 - $22.50 per hour
