Job Posting: Front Desk Call Center
Location: Borough Park, Brooklyn, NY
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Call Center Representative to join our growing team. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Borough Park and be flexible with a variety of potential schedules.
Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Evenings: Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones in a professional, courteous manner and handle calls appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately.
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle co-payments and other fees.
- Confirm insurance eligibility and manage referrals/authorizations.
- Maintain accurate demographic and insurance data in EMR systems.
- Provide information on services and rates to patients.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.
- Continuously learn new procedures and services.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in a medical office or call center setting is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
