- Lead his/her sales team by example
- Engage with pre-qualified leads – no cold calling
- Meet with clients virtually and conduct presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct training and team meetings virtually
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we provide guidance)
