Established Independent Insurance Agency located 7 miles south of Kirksville and 7 miles north of La Plata looking to fill a new role in our office to Service/Sell Personal Lines (Home, Auto, Boat, RV, Motorcycle, ATV/UTV and More! This position will be an hourly position with bonus structure based on retention and new sales. This will require getting involved in local community projects and networking.
This position will also learn how to process both commercial and personal lines policies and policy changes which is an excellent way to learn and understand coverages to grow into an Account Management role. This position requires attention to DETAIL along with the ability to communicate professionally both by phone, text, email and in person. This position also requires someone that is trainable.
We are looking for someone that is already licensed or can get licensed within 180 days of employment.
This position REQUIRES at least TWO RECENT YEARS consecutively working in an office environment. You do not need insurance experience – we can train; however, you do need a desire for an opportunity with growth potentional.

Pay will be determined on experience and will be discussed at interview.
