Responsibilities:

Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience

Know the food and drink menus in detail

Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.

Know how to open and close the restaurant

Complete side work associated with your serving responsibilities

Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience

Must have serving experience in a high customer turnover restaurant.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong hospitality skills needed to provide customers with excellent service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Must be able to move quickly throughout the restaurant and be able to carry 25+ pounds
