As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind your store's success, fostering a positive culture, developing your team, and expanding our presence.

What You'll Do:
- Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional customer interaction and sales techniques, while also embodying the desired store culture.
- Drive sales performance and growth across key business metrics through effective leadership, coaching, and sales strategies.
- Oversee the daily operations of a Total Wireless location, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming culture for both the sales team and our valued customers.
- Champion community engagement and marketing initiatives to build relationships and organically drive traffic / referrals to the store.
- Create and execute marketing plans (both online and in person) within the community to drive foot traffic to your location
- Responsible for remotely managing store sales and operations when not physically present in the location.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in retail wireless management or other relevant retail sales management experience.
- 2+ years of proven success in sales experience within the wireless or a related industry
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and company KPI's.
- Strong ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly evolving retail environment.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of up to 45+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
