Michael Page is hiring for a role in the construction industry in Boston.
- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and design specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

A successful Residential Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and contracts.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges on-site.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.
