Position Summary
Trioworld is seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Shift Supervisor (night shift) for our new facility in Brownsburg, Indiana. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone eager to help lead our production team through startup and full-scale operations.
This position will entail a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night shift).
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise production line operations ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are met.
· Monitor staffing, assign tasks, and provide hands-on support
· Coach and develop team members while maintaining high levels of engagement and morale.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
· Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
· Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives across the shift.
· Ensure accurate reporting of production metrics, downtime, and shift activities.
· Assist with training of new team members and implementation of standard work procedures.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
· Experience in plastics, extrusion, or converting operations preferred.
· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Proven ability to motivate and manage teams in fast-paced environments.
· Basic computer skills and experience using production or ERP systems.
· Willingness to work rotating shifts and support a 24/7 production schedule.
· Understanding of safety practices, lean manufacturing, and quality control processes.
· This role will require walking, sitting, standing and lifting up to 50lbs.
· Plant manufacturing and warehouse environment.
