About the Role
As a Home Quality Assurance Inspector, you are the final quality check before guests arrive. You’ll ensure our vacation rental homes are clean, stocked, staged, and truly guest‑ready. You’ll work independently, follow detailed checklists, and communicate clearly using mobile apps.
This is an entry‑level position with strong opportunities for advancement within our growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect homes before guest arrival to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness
- Confirm homes are fully stocked, staged, and inviting
- Identify, document, and report maintenance or housekeeping issues
- Perform post‑departure inspections when assigned
- Use smartphone‑based apps to complete inspections and updates
- Represent RnR Vacation Rentals professionally to guests, homeowners, and neighbors
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Detail‑oriented with pride in quality work
- Comfortable working independently and staying on schedule
- Housekeeping or inspection experience is a plus
- Confident using smartphone apps for work tasks
- Must live in the Tahoe Basin
- Reliable, snow‑capable vehicle required
Pay & Compensation
