Position Summary
Mitac Computing Holdings Corp is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead Human Resources and Administration functions across multiple U.S. sites. This role will serve as a key partner to business leadership, ensuring alignment between local operations and global HR policies while driving compliance, organizational development, and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Operations
- Oversee HR and administrative operations across U.S. sites in California
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes aligned with headquarters' policies and local requirements
- Lead and manage HR team members to support business growth and operational excellence
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs, including benefits, leave, and employee relations
- Monitor and mitigate HR-related risks and ensure audit readiness
Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters
- Participate in business planning, budgeting, and organizational strategy development
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and talent management
Organizational & Talent Development
- Drive organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance performance and engagement
- Design and implement training & development (T&D) strategies
- Lead recruitment oversight and employer branding efforts
- Foster a strong culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement
Localization & Global Alignment
- Adapt global HR frameworks to meet U.S. local business and regulatory needs
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with global HQ
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience managing multi-site HR operations and as an HR leader within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and influence business decisions
- Experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, or multinational companies
- Familiarity with Asia–U.S. cross-regional HR operations
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred

Pay: $155,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
