Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain an efficient office environment, manage communications, and support various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service and answering multi-line phone systems promptly.
- Manage incoming calls using proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Mail out weekly invoices and monthly statements.
- Email customers copies of invoices/packing slips.
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative duties.
- Provide clerical support for special projects or departmental needs as required.
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service.
Pay: $23.87 - $27.00 per hour
