New Hope is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and support to our direct care teams serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ICF Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff assigned to two campus homes during their shift. This role provides direct supervision, coaching, scheduling support, and quality assurance while ensuring exceptional care and compliance with all state, federal, and organizational standards. The Shift Supervisor also serves as a role model by assisting with direct care when needed and responding to emergencies.
Schedule: M-F 6am-2pm Every 7th weekend on-call for additional pay. No on-call duties M-F.

Implementation of the Mission, Values, Code of Ethics, and Code of Conduct

Ensure services provided in the homes meet the ICF/ID regulatory requirements

Oversees the operations of the ICF/ID homes for their shift

Provide for Retention and Recruitment of competent, productive, satisfied, and empowered staff

Provides on-site supervision for the assigned ICF homes on the assigned shift, as well as the program through on-call responsibilities.

Work with the ICF Leadership Team to provide quality programs and services.

Provide on-going Performance and Improvement

Provide for Financial Solvency of assigned homes
- High school diploma or GED.

At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

At least six months of supervisory experience or experience in the IDD field.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training.

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals with mobility needs.
- Associate degree in Human Services, Business, Developmental Disabilities, or a related field.

Previous supervisory experience in a residential or healthcare setting.
