RFTS's mission is to provide state-of-the-art methods and educational systems to give every child in our care the support they need by equipping the providers with guidance and training opportunities.
RFTS is currently seeking a compassionate Home-Based ABA Provider to work with a 12-year-old boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Brooklyn, NY 11213. The position is approximately 10 hours per week, 4–5 days per week, from 5:00/5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA services, implementing treatment goals, collecting session data, and collaborating with the supervising BCBA.
RBT certification is preferred.
As a valued provider, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing personalized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborating with families and a multi-disciplinary team to establish goals and outcomes for each child in your care
- Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with state and city regulations
- Conducting essential evaluations and producing comprehensive reports that meet district standards
- Taking part in all meetings associated with your students
