We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping crews and oversee the installation and maintenance of residential landscapes. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and work alongside your crew on daily projects.
Read landscape plans and ensure installations are completed according to specifications.
Keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor crew members.
Communicate professionally with customers and address their needs.
Maintain clean, organized job sites and well-stocked equipment trailers.
Conduct equipment inspections and inventory checks.
Enforce company safety standards and procedures.
Plan ahead and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of foreman experience; 4+ years preferred.
Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
Landscape, horticulture, and/or irrigation experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Willingness to work hands-on alongside the crew.
