Positive Tomorrows is seeking a dedicated Title I Reading Teacher to join our team and support students in building strong literacy skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with children in small groups or one-on-one, providing targeted interventions that help each student grow in confidence and ability.
The tutor will work up to 20 hours per week, maintaining a low student-to-teacher ratio that allows for individualized instruction and meaningful student relationships. Candidates with experience in the science of reading, dyslexia interventions, or structured literacy approaches are especially encouraged to apply. A LETRS certification or equivalent training is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in literacy instruction but also passionate about encouraging a love of learning and supporting children who are overcoming barriers to education.
