We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR/Payroll Clerk to support our organization in
Kingman, Arizona. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both people and
numbers and takes pride in maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data.
The HR/Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining HR records, assisting
with employee onboarding, supporting benefits administration, and providing exceptional customer
service to employees throughout the organization.
Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred.
Payroll Administration
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Review, verify, and maintain employee time records.
- Audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
- Process employee status changes, deductions, and garnishments.
- Respond to payroll-related questions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Human Resources Support
- Maintain employee personnel files and confidential HR records.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare employment documents and HR correspondence.
- Support benefits enrollment and employee changes.
- Assist with employee leave tracking and recordkeeping.
- Ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date.
Administrative Duties
- Enter and update employee information in HRIS systems.
- Generate reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with HR and payroll projects as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources depart
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
