Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Business orrelated field.Two (2) years of retail management experience with an emphasis on Customer Service.Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.Must be able to:Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or sales reports.Write reports.Effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers, and employeesusing tact, courtesy and cooperativeness.Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, anddecimals.Compute rate, ratio and percent.Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Deal with a few abstract and concrete variables, exercising judgment, resourcefulness, ingenuity andinitiative.Exercise discretion while managing confidential information.Operate a POS register.Must have:Experience and sound working knowledge of fax machines/scanners, material handling equipmentand computers to include: Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Office, Excel), data based programsand internet.
