REQUIRED:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and architecting SharePoint Online environments, including site architecture, permissions models, and content lifecycle management.
- 2+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 services.
- 2+ years of experience developing and implementing governance frameworks, including standards for site provisioning, permissions, metadata, retention, and operational procedures.
- 3+ years of experience supporting or owning a business-critical platform, including backlog management, roadmap planning, and feature evaluation.
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including functional specifications, prototypes, and production-ready builds.
- Experience working with and supporting multidisciplinary teams and tasks.
DESIRED:
- Experience conducting platform audits (permissions, content, compliance, usage analytics) and implementing remediation plans.
- Experience delivering training to end users, site owners, and power users, including documentation, workshops, and adoption programs.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize competing demands, and lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Annualized pay rate for this position is $80,750 to $109,250.
